    5.2. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

    5.4. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase. The refund will be for the purchase price of the product minus any shipping or handling fees.
